about Bambi...

Bambi is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator, and surface pattern designer. She lives amidst the oak and pine of Northern California.

Working in multimedia on paper, her work is inspired by the dance of light with shadow, the call of birds, the micro dynamics of nature, history travel music, and the passing of time and what it leaves behind.

She graduated with an MFA in Fasion Design with a focus on Textile Design, and a BA in Art History. In addition, Bambi has studied graphic design, printmaking, and costume design (through an internship at American Conservatory Theater.) Along with her client work, she moonlights as Editorial Designer for the award winning The Trinity Journal.

In her free time she enjoys creating beautiful tutus and costumes for the Redding City Ballet. Performances include the 2022, 2023 and 2024 the Nutcracker Ballet, Carnival of the Animals, Artistry In Bloom, and more. She is currently working on the upcoming Nutcracker ballet for the 2025 holiday season.
